MST Investment increases share capital by VND76bn

MST Investment Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital from VND760bn to VND836bn through a dividend share issuance to existing shareholders.

The company issued 7.6 million new voting shares, increasing total outstanding shares from 76 million to 83.6 million. Shareholders received 10 new shares for every 100 shares held, with the issuance completing on August 20, 2025.
