Mediplantex half-year profit falls 41% on revenue decline

Mediplantex National Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company reported net profit before tax of VND 6.6 billion for the first six months of 2025, down 41% from VND 11.1 billion in the same period last year.

Net revenue fell to VND 162.3 billion from VND 245.0 billion, attributed to rising production costs and intense competition. The company also faced challenges collecting documents for two business cooperation contracts, leading to a qualified audit conclusion.
