Construction firm swings to VND 21.6bn profit in H1

Development Investment Construction Hoi An Joint Stock Company reported net revenue of VND 220.3 billion in the first half of 2025, up from VND 12.9 billion in the same period last year.

Profit before tax reached VND 21.6 billion, reversing a loss of VND 1.1 billion in H1 2024. Profit after tax stood at VND 16.1 billion compared to the prior year loss.

The turnaround was driven by a residential area housing construction and urban renovation project in Hoi An City.
