40 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company reported net profit after tax of VND4.13 billion for the first half of 2025, a 72% increase from the same period in 2024.

The growth was driven by a 3.84% rise in total revenue and a 23.5% decrease in general and administrative expenses. Other income increased by 1,875,013.84%.

The company's total assets stood at VND185.6 billion as of June 30, 2025, with owner's equity at VND112.1 billion. Current liabilities decreased to VND69.5 billion from VND72.3 billion at the start of the year.
