Investment and Construction 40 corrects private placement share details

40 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company corrected its private placement resolution due to a drafting error.

Shares sold by Hoang Trong Duc to L40 were revised from 4.5m to 6m shares, increasing the value from VND 135bn to VND 180bn. Shares sold by Nguyen Van Huy were adjusted from 2.4m to 900,000, reducing the value from VND 72bn to VND 27bn.
