Foreign investors cut stake in Vietnamese IDICO Corporation

A group of affiliated foreign investors reduced their stake in IDICO Corporation from 5.32% to 4.41% after selling nearly 3 million shares on July 31.

The investor group, which includes Amersham Industries Limited, Hanoi Investments Holdings Limited, Norges Bank, Saigon Investments Limited, Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited, and Wareham Group Limited, is no longer considered a major shareholder in the Vietnamese company following the disposal of 2,996,700 shares.
