Investment and Construction JSC No.18 profit surges 53%

Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No.18 reported post-tax profit increased 53.1% to VND 23,259.67 million in Q2 2025, up from VND 15,190.62 million the previous year.

This came despite total revenue falling 23.5% to VND 912,385.36 million from VND 1,191,836.96 million in Q2 2024. Total expenses declined 24.4% to VND 889,125.69 million.

The profit improvement was attributed to real estate business activities, investment activities, and reduced selling and financial expenses.
