L18 reports 382% profit surge despite revenue decline

Investment and Construction JSC No.18 reported post-tax profit of VND 30.3 billion in Q2 2025, up 382% from VND 6.3 billion a year earlier.

The surge occurred despite revenue falling 16% to VND 309.6 billion from VND 368 billion in Q2 2024. Total expenses dropped 23% to VND 279.3 billion.

The profitability improvement came from financial investment and real estate income, plus reduced selling and financial expenses.
