Song Da - Thanh Hoa Reports Significant Profit Decline in Q2 2025

Song Da - Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company announced its Q2 2025 financial results, showing a profit after tax of VND 239,751,248, a decrease of VND 345,262,927 from Q2 2024. Profit before tax also fell by VND 429,436,259.

Total operating revenue surged by VND 22 billion compared to the same period last year, reaching VND 120,802,732,710. However, real estate business revenue declined significantly by VND 941 million, from VND 4,352 million in Q2 2024 to VND 3,411 million in Q2 2025, primarily contributing to the reduced profitability.
