Lamdong Foodstuffs Projects Revenue Growth for 2025

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Company (HNX:VDL) is scheduled for August 15, 2025, at 13:30, to be held online from its office at 31 Ngo Van So, Lam Vien Ward, Da Lat.

Key proposals include the approval of the 2024 audited financial statements, which show VND 72.6 billion in revenue and VND 0.496 billion in profit before tax. A 15% cash dividend for 2024 (VND 1,500 per share) is proposed.

For 2025, the company projects revenue of VND 104.5 billion, a 43.9% increase from 2024, and profit before tax of VND 1.42 billion, a 286.3% increase. The meeting will also include the election of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term, with a proposed remuneration of VND 3,000,000 per month for the Chairman of the Board.
