Investment and Construction JSC No.18 Changes Company Seal Content

The resolution, dated July 22, 2025, authorizes the change to align with the new administrative address following the proposal from the General Director in submission 263/TTr-TGĐ dated July 21, 2025.

The General Director is tasked with implementing the procedure to create the new seal, publicizing its mẫu, and notifying relevant authorities, partners, and organizations to ensure continuity in management and transactions. This decision, based on the Law on Enterprises and other pertinent regulations, becomes effective from the date of signing.
