Gia Dinh Water Supply profit surges 36% despite revenue dip

Gia Dinh Water Supply Joint Stock Company reported after-tax profit of VND 18.4 billion for Q2 2025, up 36.46% from VND 13.5 billion in Q2 2024, despite net revenue falling 0.55% to VND 170.9 billion.

The improved profitability came from a 4.95% reduction in cost of goods sold to VND 91.7 billion, supported by a 59.81% decrease in water loss prevention costs to VND 3.6 billion.
