Hudland increases registered shares by 74%

HUDLAND Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company increased its registered shares by 23.4 million common shares, bringing the total to approximately 55 million shares.

The share capital expansion represents a 74% increase from the previous level. Each share carries a par value of 10,000 dong.

The Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation confirmed the adjustment took effect on July 8, 2025, marking the third such adjustment for the real estate developer.
