Dongnai Paint Corporation relocates, frees 329 hectares for development

Dongnai Paint Corporation's board has approved relocating the company to a new factory in Honai Industrial Park. The move follows a provincial decision to redefine Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park as an urban-commercial-service area.

The current 329-hectare site will be repurposed for urban development, including a 103.5-hectare political-administrative center and 225.5 hectares for commercial-service zones. Land clearance must be completed by August 1, 2025, with 93.1% of households already relocated.
