Alphanam E&C plans major business expansion into construction

Alphanam E&C JSC will hold an extraordinary general meeting on August 6, 2025, seeking shareholder approval to add 19 new business lines.

The proposed expansion includes various construction activities covering water, mining, manufacturing, road, rail, civil, and telecommunications projects, as well as landscape care and wholesale/retail trade in flowers and plants.

The meeting will also consider corresponding amendments to the company's charter to accommodate the business diversification.
