Tomoe Engineering announces increased year-end dividend for fiscal year 2024

Tomoe Engineering Co., Ltd. announced a significant increase in its year-end dividend for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2024. The Board of Directors resolved on December 11, 2024, to pay a dividend of JPY 82.00 per share, up from the previously forecasted JPY 63.00 per share and JPY 70.00 paid in the previous fiscal year. This proposal will be submitted for approval at the 95th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 30, 2025.

The total dividend amount for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2024, will be JPY 818 million, with an effective date of January 31, 2025. This decision results in an annual dividend of JPY 145.00 per share for FY2024, including the interim dividend.

Looking ahead, Tomoe Engineering forecasts an annual dividend of JPY 146.00 per share for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2025, comprising an interim dividend of JPY 73.00 and a year-end dividend of JPY 73.00. The dividend will be sourced from retained earnings.
