AVI Japan Opportunity Trust launches tender offer for Broadmedia shares

AVI Japan Opportunity Trust PLC announced a tender offer to acquire common shares of Broadmedia Corporation. The offer price is set at JPY2,200 per common share. The tender offer period will run from December 10, 2025, to January 28, 2026, encompassing 30 business days, with the settlement date scheduled for February 4, 2026.

The tender offer aims to purchase a maximum of 775,300 shares, representing 10.88% of Broadmedia's total issued shares (excluding treasury stock). AVI Japan Opportunity Trust PLC currently holds 1,793,100 Broadmedia shares, or 25.16% as of September 30, 2025.

Broadmedia Corporation stated that even after the tender offer, it does not expect its shares to fall below delisting criteria, and its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market is anticipated to be maintained. Broadmedia will review the tender offer documents and provide its opinion in due course.
