Spheria Emerging Companies updates weekly net tangible assets

Spheria Emerging Companies Limited announced its estimated net tangible asset (NTA) backing per share for the week ending December 5, 2025. The pre-tax NTA per share was reported as $2.645. This figure accounts for tax on realised gains/losses and other earnings but excludes any provision for tax on unrealised gains/losses.

The post-tax NTA per share was $2.531. This calculation incorporates tax on both realised and unrealised gains/losses, as well as other earnings. Spheria Emerging Companies clarified that NTA calculations exclude deferred tax assets related to capitalised issue cost balances and income tax losses.
