Santana Minerals expands quoted securities through option and performance right conversions

Santana Minerals Limited (SMI) will add 3,018,720 new fully paid ordinary shares to its quoted securities on the ASX, effective December 9, 2025. This expansion results from the conversion of previously unquoted convertible securities. Specifically, 1,500,000 options were exercised at AUD 0.29500000 per security for a cash consideration.

Additionally, 1,200,000 options were exercised, also for a cash consideration of AUD 0.31250000 per security. A further 318,720 performance rights converted into ordinary shares without cash consideration, reflecting the achievement of vesting conditions, with an estimated value of AUD 1.000000 per security. These new securities will rank equally with existing quoted shares from their issue date.

Following these conversions, Santana Minerals' total quoted ordinary fully paid securities will reach 834,358,181. The company's unquoted securities now include 1,353,720 performance rights, 409,038 options expiring 11-DEC-2026, 2,400,000 options expiring 23-JAN-2026, and 4,500,000 options expiring 23-OCT-2026. The 1,500,000 options that were converted are no longer among the unquoted securities.
