Yunnan Aluminium appoints new chairman, legal representative

Yunnan Aluminium Co., Ltd. held its third extraordinary general meeting in 2025 on December 9, 2025. The meeting, convened by the board of directors and presided over by director Mr. Huang Li, approved the proposal to elect Mr. Zhang Dejiao as a company director. The resolution was passed with 2,088,218,200 votes in favor, representing 99.6109% of the voting shareholders.

Concurrently, the Ninth Board of Directors held its twentieth meeting on the same day, formally electing Mr. Zhang Dejiao as the chairman of the Ninth Board of Directors. His term will run from the date of his election until the expiration of the Ninth Board of Directors. The company will proceed with the necessary industrial and commercial registration changes to reflect Mr. Zhang Dejiao as the legal representative.

The meeting’s procedures and results were verified by Yunnan Haihe Law Firm, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company regulations. Mr. Zhang Dejiao's appointment is effective immediately, reinforcing the company's leadership structure.
