Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling subsidiary, Xinjiang Shihezi Garden Dairy Co., Ltd. (Garden Dairy), received a government subsidy of 10,412,397 yuan on December 8, 2025. This subsidy, classified as income-related under Accounting Standard No. 16, represents 8.76% of the company's 2024 audited net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies.

Garden Dairy intends to recognize this subsidy under the "other income" accounting heading. The company projects that the 10,412,397 yuan grant will directly impact Garden Dairy's net profit for the 2025 fiscal year.
