Sunflower Pharmaceutical to donate up to 10m yuan in medical supplies

Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. announced today that its board of directors unanimously approved a proposal for an external donation, aiming to fulfill its corporate social responsibility.

The company will donate medical products and supplies, valued at no more than 10 million yuan, to non-affiliated local social welfare organizations. This initiative is specifically targeted at addressing frequent influenza outbreaks during the autumn and winter seasons. The company's operating management team has been authorized to implement the donation based on local needs.

The board confirmed that this donation does not constitute a connected transaction or a major asset restructuring, and it is not expected to significantly impact the company's production or operations. All nine directors participated in and voted to approve the resolution.
