Lomon Billions group declares Q3 2025 cash dividend

Lomon Billions Group Co., Ltd. announced its third-quarter 2025 equity distribution plan, approved at the company's second extraordinary general meeting on November 12, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 1.00 yuan (before tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders. This distribution is based on a total share capital of 2,370,800,756 shares, after deducting treasury shares and restricted stock slated for cancellation, totaling a cash dividend of 237,080,075.60 yuan.

The equity distribution record date is December 16, 2025, with the ex-dividend date set for December 17, 2025. Due to a recent repurchase and cancellation of 2,045,200 restricted shares, the company's total share capital has adjusted to 2,384,248,056 shares. Consequently, the ex-dividend price calculation will reflect a dividend of 0.994359 yuan per 10 shares.

Investors holding shares through the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, foreign institutions, and individuals with pre-IPO restricted shares will receive 0.90 yuan per 10 shares after tax. Other investors will be subject to differentiated tax rates based on their holding period, with no upfront withholding by the company.
