Inner Mongolia Yuan Xing Energy's subsidiary begins second phase soda trial

Inner Mongolia Yuan Xing Energy Co., Ltd. announced that its controlled subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Yuan Xing Silver Root Mining Co., Ltd., commenced feeding and trial operation for the first 1 million tonnes/year soda ash production line of its Alashan Tamsug natural soda development and utilization project's second phase on December 9, 2025. The facility is currently undergoing debugging, optimization, and refinement.

The Alashan Tamsug natural soda project has a total planned capacity of 7.8 million tonnes/year of soda ash and 800,000 tonnes/year of baking soda. The first phase, with a capacity of 5 million tonnes/year of soda ash and 400,000 tonnes/year of baking soda, has achieved full production and compliance. The second phase, with a capacity of 2.8 million tonnes/year of soda ash and 400,000 tonnes/year of baking soda, began construction in late December 2023.

The company will progressively commence feeding and trial operation for the remaining production lines based on overall construction progress and the trial operation status of the first line. The second phase's trial operation is expected to further strengthen the company's natural soda core business, expand its natural soda business scale, and increase market share.
