China Merchants Shekou reports strong November sales, adds new land

In November 2025, China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings achieved contracted sales of CNY 14.094 bn from 538,300 square meters. For January to November 2025, cumulative contracted sales reached CNY 170.165 bn from 6,184,000 square meters.

The company also announced three new land acquisitions since its October 2025 briefing. These include a residential plot in Chengdu's Chenghua District with a land area of 70,400 square meters and a projected architectural area of 140,800 square meters, incurring a cost of CNY 66,438,000.

Additional acquisitions comprise a residential plot in Qidong City, Nantong, totaling 51,100 square meters of land and 76,700 square meters of architectural area for CNY 38,832,000, and a residential plot in Yichang's Dongshan Development Zone with a land area of 114,700 square meters and architectural area of 229,400 square meters, costing CNY 33,028,000.
