Kuang-Chi Technologies secures significant metamaterial product contracts

Kuang-Chi Technologies Co., Ltd. recently disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Kuang-Chi Advanced Technology Co., Ltd., has secured metamaterial product mass production contracts totaling 69,598.76 million yuan with three clients. One contract, valued at 66,300 million yuan, is for metamaterial aerospace structural products, while two other contracts, totaling 3,298.76 million yuan, are also for metamaterial aerospace structural products.

These products are anticipated to be delivered by December 31, 2026, and the contracts are expected to impact the company's operating performance for the 2026 fiscal year. Kuang-Chi Technologies plans to continue investing in the research, development, production, and testing of metamaterials to strengthen its market competitiveness in new-generation metamaterial aerospace structures.

The company emphasizes that these contracts will not affect the independence of its business operations or create reliance on the clients. However, the company also issued a risk warning regarding potential non-performance or early termination of the contracts due to unforeseen circumstances.
