Tiandi Science to invest in new coal mine R&D center

Tiandi Science & Technology is set to establish a controlling subsidiary, China Coal Science and Industry (Xi'an) Intelligent Complete Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (CSIE Xi'an), with a planned investment of CNY 354,497.89 million to develop a "Major Intelligent Complete Equipment R&D Center Project for Coal Mines." The new subsidiary will have a registered capital of CNY 2 billion.

The investment aims to integrate premium resources in coal machinery equipment manufacturing, enhance the company's complete equipment capabilities, and build a new coal machinery industrial ecosystem. Tiandi Science & Technology will hold a 60% stake in CSIE Xi'an, with four other subsidiaries contributing the remaining shares. The project is expected to be completed within 18 months, with an estimated start date of April 2026.

This initiative was approved by the company's eighth board of directors at its fourth meeting on December 9, 2025. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Hao Dong as deputy general manager.
