Lianchuang optoelectronic controlling shareholder adjusts equity pledge

Jiangxi Lianchuang Optoelectronic Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Jiangxi Electronic Group Co., Ltd., has released and re-pledged a portion of its shares. A total of 1,000,000 shares were released, representing 1.06% of Electronic Group's total holdings and 0.22% of the company's total share capital. The re-pledge involves 1,500,000 shares, commencing on December 8, 2025, and maturing on December 12, 2026. This re-pledge was facilitated by Chongqing International Trust Co., Ltd., primarily to repay debts.

Following these transactions, Electronic Group's cumulative pledged shares now total 75,732,839 shares, which accounts for 79.94% of its total holdings and 16.80% of Jiangxi Lianchuang Optoelectronic's total share capital. The Electronic Group holds 94,736,092 shares in the company, representing 21.01% of the total share capital. Electronic Group stated that the re-pledged shares are not subject to guarantees for major asset restructuring or other security purposes.

Electronic Group anticipates that 28,512,567 pledged shares, equivalent to 30.10% of its holdings and 6.32% of the company's total share capital, with a financing balance of yuan 45,060,000, will mature within the next six months. An additional 16,390,000 pledged shares, representing 17.30% of its holdings and 3.64% of the company's total share capital, with a financing balance of yuan 38,375,000, are set to mature within one year. Electronic Group assured that these transactions will not impact the company's operations, governance, or control.
