Hainan Airlines offers discounted domestic flights to shareholders

Hainan Airlines Holding Co. (HNA Airlines) announced a shareholder appreciation program to run from December 8, 2025, to January 20, 2026, excluding the New Year's Day holiday period. This initiative coincides with the official customs closure of the Hainan Free Trade Port in December 2025 and the fourth anniversary of HNA Airlines joining Liaoning Fangda Group. The program aims to reward investors for their long-term support and is open to shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shanghai Branch by October 9, 2025 (for A-shares) and October 15, 2025 (for B-shares).

Eligible natural person shareholders and institutional shareholder representatives can purchase domestic flight tickets (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and international flights) operated by Hainan Airlines and its subsidiaries at discounted rates. The discount tiers vary based on shareholding: shareholders holding 100,000 shares or more receive a 10% discount, those holding between 50,000 and 100,000 shares receive a 5% discount, and those with less than 50,000 shares receive a 2% discount. Flights departing from or arriving in Hainan Free Trade Port during the activity period will receive an additional 10% discount.

Participating airlines include Hainan Airlines, Chang'an Airlines, Yunnan Xiangpeng Airlines, Fuzhou Airlines, Urumqi Air, and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines. Individual investors can register via the Hainan Airlines APP, while institutional investors need to email their holding certificates and designated beneficiary information. The company emphasizes that this activity is voluntary, not a profit distribution, and carries investment risks.
