Equinor completes fourth tranche of 2025 share buy-back

Equinor ASA purchased 1,607,031 own shares from December 1 to December 5, 2025, at an average price of NOK 233.3454 per share, totaling NOK 374,993,327.29. The daily transactions occurred on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

These transactions, announced on October 29, 2025, bring the total for this tranche to 8,068,233 shares at an average price of NOK 238.9125, amounting to NOK 1,927,601,644.48.

Following these transactions, Equinor now holds 52,083,205 own shares, representing 2.04% of its share capital. Excluding shares under its share savings program, the company owns 41,390,543 own shares, or 1.62% of the share capital.
