Henderson Far East Income allots new shares, reports net asset values

Henderson Far East Income Limited agreed on December 9, 2025, to allot 385,000 ordinary shares at 238.0p per share, under its block listing facility. These shares are scheduled for issuance on December 11, 2025, bringing the total issued share capital and voting rights to 189,964,679.

The company also reported its unaudited net asset values as of the close of business on December 8, 2025. The net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula and including current financial year revenue items, was 230.4p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share was 224.4p.
