ZF Commercial Vehicle hosts virtual investor meetings

ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited announced the outcome of its analyst and institutional investor meetings held virtually on December 9, 2025. The company's management team participated in one-on-one investor meetings via Teams with two prominent investors.

The first interaction was with tanmaya desai, fund manager from SBI Mutual Fund, from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM IST. Following this, the company met with sanjeev patkar, head of research & senior portfolio manager at ENAM AMC, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM IST.

The company confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information was shared during these meetings. These engagements were conducted in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
