Zaggle partners with Mastercard to offer credit cards, solutions

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has formalized an agreement with Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd, as disclosed in an announcement dated December 9, 2025. This collaboration enables Zaggle to provide Mastercard credit cards and other solutions to its client base and prospective customers. The agreement is also structured to include additional spend-linked incentives for Zaggle.

The agreement constitutes a referral arrangement with Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd, an international entity. The duration of this agreement is set for five years, during which Zaggle will continue to expand its offerings and leverage the partnership for growth.

The company has confirmed that neither its promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd, ensuring that the transaction is not considered a related party transaction. The agreement is domestic in nature, focusing on the Indian market.
