Shriram Finance allots equity shares under employee stock option scheme

Shriram Finance Limited announced the allotment of 81,927 equity shares on December 9, 2025, to 113 employees who exercised fresh stock options under the SFL ESOS 2023 (No.1) scheme. Each equity share has a face value of INR 2 and was issued at an exercise price of INR 38.71, with a premium of INR 36.71 per share. This allotment follows previous communications on April 27, 2023, and July 25, 2023.

This issuance has resulted in an increase in the company's paid-up share capital from INR 3,762,560,348 to INR 3,762,724,202. The total number of issued shares post-allotment stands at 1,881,362,101. The shares, ranking pari-passu with existing shares, bear distinctive numbers ranging from 1881280175 to 1881362101.

The company's shares are listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE Symbol: SHRIRAMFIN). The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
