Royal Orchid Hotels expands north India footprint with Rishikesh property

On December 9, 2025, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) announced the signing of a new 36-key property in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The hotel will be operated under a management agreement, aligning with ROHL's asset-light expansion model and targeting Rishikesh's high-growth tourism market.

The new hotel, located in Tapovan, Rishikesh, will cater to spiritual seekers and adventure enthusiasts, featuring well-appointed rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, a spa, and a fitness center.

Chander K. Baljee, chairman and managing director, highlighted Rishikesh's unique blend of spiritual heritage and adventure, noting the property will contribute significantly to the company's North India growth. The development is a partnership with IRIS PARK LEISURES PRIVATE LIMITED.
