Radiant Cash Management expands into digital payments, aims for 'phygital' platform

Radiant Cash Management Services Limited announced amendments to its Memorandum of Association, approved by shareholders via postal ballot on December 8, 2025. This strategic expansion allows the company to move beyond traditional physical cash logistics into the digital payments ecosystem, aiming to create a "phygital" platform integrating cash management with digital payment processing. The company highlighted that this aligns with evolving industry trends and positions it to operate as a payment aggregator and payment gateway, pending necessary regulatory approvals from the Reserve Bank of India.

The amendments introduce new sub-clauses under Clause III(A) Main Objects, detailing the company's intention to engage in payment aggregation and gateway services in India and abroad. This includes providing secure online, offline, and physical point-of-sale payment systems and solutions. The company will also offer software and IT-based business solutions, transaction processing, and facilitate payments to merchants, mobile, and internet-related payments, among other services.

Additionally, Radiant Cash Management will act as an online intermediary for business payments and settlements, establishing an integrated platform for web and mobile technologies. This platform will enable businesses to receive and make payments, integrating with banks, issuers, acquirers, and other financial institutions to facilitate smooth payables and receivables. The company will also develop, maintain, and operate platforms for payment aggregation services, covering domestic and foreign payments, internet portals, and various web-enabled services.
