Praj Industries appoints Kumar Puri as corporate head of health, safety & environment

Praj Industries Limited announced the appointment of Kumar Puri as corporate head – health, safety & environment, a senior management personnel role, effective December 9, 2025. The intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Puri brings over 23 years of experience in fostering a safety culture across various industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Punjab Technical University, an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, and a NEBOSH International Diploma. His professional credentials also include certifications as an industrial hygienist, certified safety professional by BCSP, and lead auditor for ISO 14001 & 45001.
