Olectra Greentech clarifies: not manufacturing electric cars

Olectra Greentech Limited, in an announcement dated December 9, 2025, clarified a news article published in EENADU on the same day concerning the "unveiling of an electric car by Olectra Greentech Limited." The company explicitly stated that it is not currently engaged in the manufacture of electric cars.

The electric concept car unveiled at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, which Olectra Greentech Limited also attended, belongs to one of its group companies. This clarification aligns with Regulation 30(11) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Olectra Greentech reaffirmed its commitment to making all necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as and when any material developments occur.
