Nuvama Wealth Management Limited has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Nuvama Trusteeship Company Limited, effective December 9, 2025. This new entity will primarily engage in corporate trusteeship services and other related activities, marking a strategic expansion for Nuvama. The company had previously intimated this development on August 13, 2025.

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited will serve as the holding company for the new subsidiary. The initial paid-up share capital for Nuvama Trusteeship Company Limited amounts to INR 1,00,00,000, divided into 1,000,000 equity shares with a face value of INR 10 each. Nuvama Wealth Management holds 100% of the shareholding and control of the new subsidiary. The incorporation is not classified as a related party transaction.
