Laxmi Organic shareholders approve director reappointment, QIP object variation

Laxmi Organic Industries Limited announced the successful passing of two special resolutions through a remote e-voting postal ballot, with results declared on December 9, 2025.

Dr. Rajeev Vaidya was reappointed as an independent director for a second three-year term with a significant majority. Of the 195,650,412 valid votes cast, 195,128,970 (99.7335%) were in favor, while 521,442 (0.2665%) were against.

Shareholders also approved the variation in the objects of the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue, as detailed in the placement document dated October 10, 2023. This resolution garnered 195,541,561 votes (99.9444%) in favor and 108,763 votes (0.0556%) against, out of 195,650,324 valid votes.

The e-voting period ran from November 7, 2025, to December 6, 2025, with 424 members participating. The company confirmed that all resolutions in the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 5, 2025, have been deemed passed with the requisite majority.
