Krsnaa Diagnostics closes trading window for debenture issue consideration

Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited announced the closure of its trading window from December 10, 2025, until 48 hours after the board meeting scheduled for December 12, 2025. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.

The purpose of the upcoming board meeting on December 12, 2025, is to consider a proposal for the issuance of unlisted non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis. During the trading window closure, all directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees/persons, promoters, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from dealing in the company's securities, either directly or indirectly.
