KPIT Technologies promoter sells shares in open market

Ajay Bhagwat, a promoter of KPIT Technologies Limited, disposed of 4,547 equity shares of the company on December 5, 2025. This transaction was carried out in the open market.

Prior to the disposal, Mr. Bhagwat held 2,264,584 shares, representing 0.84% of the total share capital with voting rights. Following the sale, his holding decreased to 2,260,037 shares, maintaining a 0.84% stake in the company's total voting capital.
