Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund raises stake in V.S.T Tillers Tractors

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (KMMF) has acquired an additional 6,105 equity shares in V.S.T Tillers Tractors Limited, bringing its total share of voting rights to 9.1825%. This acquisition, made through open market transactions, represents a 0.0706% increase from KMMF's previous holding of 9.1119%.

Prior to this acquisition, KMMF held 787,570 shares, accounting for 9.1119% of the total equity share capital. Following the December 5, 2025, transaction, KMMF's total shares carrying voting rights now stand at 793,675. The total equity share capital of V.S.T Tillers Tractors Limited remains at 86,43,358 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, both before and after the acquisition.

The disclosure was made on December 9, 2025, in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. KMMF is not part of the promoter or promoter group of V.S.T Tillers Tractors Limited.
