IREDA appoints new senior management, including executive director and general managers

The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has announced significant changes to its senior management, approved by its board of directors on December 9, 2025. Tusarkant Parida has been appointed as executive director (F&A), and Jagdeep Singh has been appointed as general manager (F&A). Detailed information regarding these appointments will be disclosed upon their joining IREDA.

Additionally, Punnu Grover has been appointed as general manager (F&A). She will continue to serve as the chief compliance officer until April 30, 2028, or until further notice. Grover holds a master's degree in commerce and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Work Accountant of India, bringing over 29 years of experience to her role. Prior to this, she served as additional general manager (F&A) within the company.

These appointments were made following the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee, in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
