Insolation Energy migrates to main board, expands manufacturing capacity

Insolation Energy Limited (INA Solar) has successfully migrated from the SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE Limited on December 3, 2025. This move coincides with substantial progress in its manufacturing capabilities and order book.

The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has begun commercial operations of its new 3 GW PV module manufacturing lines in Sawarda, Jaipur, with an additional 1.5 GW expected by January 2026. Furthermore, INA has secured BIS certification for G12R panels up to 635WP, with ALMM approval anticipated soon.

Regarding its Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh facility, civil and PEB construction for the 4.5 GW Solar TopCon G12R cell manufacturing plant is in full swing, with major equipment orders placed and advances released. The 18,000 MT aluminum frame manufacturing plant is also under construction, with foundations being laid and machinery orders placed. The current order book for INA group stands at 1750 MW for solar module supply and 625 MW for EPC projects.
