Indian Energy Exchange to host investor meetings in December

Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) will engage with institutional investors through one-on-one and virtual meetings in December 2025. These interactions are scheduled as part of Regulation 30, Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was made by Vineet Harlalka, cfo, company secretary and compliance officer, on December 9, 2025.

The first meeting is slated for December 10, 2025, with Habrok Capital, followed by an engagement with Banyan Tree Advisors on December 16, 2025. Both meetings are categorized as either one-on-one or virtual. IEX noted that the schedule is subject to change due to exigencies from the institutional investors or the company.

IEX clarified that no unpublished price-sensitive information will be shared during these meetings. The details of these investor interactions will also be accessible on the company's official website. The information was submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
