ICICI Prudential allots new equity shares under employee schemes

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited allotted a total of 133,198 new equity shares on December 9, 2025. This allotment includes 132,250 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, under the ‘ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005)'.

Additionally, 948 equity shares, also with a face value of ₹10 each, were allotted under the ‘ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023)'.

This move by ICICI Prudential is part of its ongoing employee benefit and retention programs, providing incentives through equity participation. The allotments were confirmed by company secretary Priya Nair.
