Hindustan Cotton increases stake in Sarla Performance Fibers

Hindustan Cotton Company, through its partner Mrs. Sarladevi Madhusudan Jhunjhunwala, has acquired an additional 20,000 equity shares (0.024%) of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited. The acquisition took place on December 8, 2025, through open market transactions. This transaction increases Hindustan Cotton Company's stake, identifying it as part of the promoter group of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited.

Before this acquisition, the promoter group held 47,590,586 shares, representing 56.9927% of the total share/voting capital. With the addition of 20,000 shares, the total holding of the promoter group now stands at 47,610,586 shares, or 57.0167% of the total equity share capital. The equity share capital of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited before and after the acquisition remains 83,503,000 shares.
