Eternal Limited dissolves Sri Lankan and Turkish subsidiaries

Eternal Limited has initiated the liquidation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zomato Media (Private) Limited (ZMPL) in Sri Lanka. Concurrently, Zomato Internet Hizmetleri Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (ZIHTAS), a step-down subsidiary in Turkey, was liquidated. Both entities had no active business operations and were already in the process of liquidation.

Neither ZMPL nor ZIHTAS are considered material subsidiaries, and their dissolution will not impact Eternal Limited's turnover or revenue. ZMPL reported a net worth of INR 0.05 Crores, contributing 0.00% to the company's net worth, while ZIHTAS had a net worth of INR 2.97 Crores, contributing 0.01% to the company's net worth.

The company confirmed these actions are not related party transactions and involve no buyers, as both entities are being dissolved.
