EPL increases investment in Thai subsidiary EPTL

EPL Limited announced a further investment of THB 51,500,000 in EPL Packaging (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (EPTL) on December 9, 2025. This latest capital infusion, following necessary approvals, involves the subscription of 514,800 shares of EPTL, each with a face value of THB 100. This increases EPL’s direct shareholding, reinforcing EPTL's status as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Additionally, Lamitube Technologies Ltd. (LTL), another wholly-owned subsidiary of EPL, also invested in 5,200 shares of EPTL, each valued at THB 100. With these investments, EPL now holds 99% of EPTL's shareholding, and LTL holds the remaining 1%. This transaction is considered a related-party transaction, conducted at arm's length.

EPTL, incorporated on February 4, 2025, operates in Thailand to pursue growth opportunities in the manufacturing and trading of laminated tubes. The business commenced operations in October 2025, and the formalities for completing this investment are expected by January 15, 2026.
